VConnect Nigeria Recruits for Customer Care/Service Executive. We are the simplest and most cost-effective way for Nigerian to local business information. Job Title:  Customer Care Executive
 
Location: Lagos
 
Responsibilities
The successful Customer Care Executive will have responsibility for:
  • Providing excellent customer services to all the customers
  • Answering all inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for customers
  • Responding promptly to social media enquiries
  • Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer complaint's
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating  with internal departments
  • Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental issues
  • Managing administration duties
Skills & Specifications:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency In Word & Excel
  • Typing Speed: 30w/m
  • Spelling Aptitude
  • Preferred: Hausa Speaking
