A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in contracting with substantial exposure to both commercial and technical aspect of same Project Management Certification will be an added advantage Proficiency in the sue of Ms Project or Primaeval is essential Skills Ability to review terms and conditions of contract Flair for discussing engineering projects Ability to prepare proposals and tenders Technical competence in formation of contracts Time management and analytical skill Ability to multitask.  Excellent command of written and spoken English Administrative and Organisational skills 3.)  Technical Services Manager   Job Description The Technical Service Manager is responsible for overall management of all technical services functions associated with maintenance (both mechanical and electrical) and facility management services   Qualification Candidate MUST have a minimum of HND in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering A minimum of 10years post-graduation experience in maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment Project Management certification is an added advantage Skill Maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment such as Generators., Refrigeration, Air Condition and Pumps Experience in the fabrication of metal sheets Time management and analytical skill Ability to multitask.
